Taking to Twitter, Seda wrote, "Though saddened with @chicagojustice I'm humbled by all the love from the #OneChicago fans, thank you! Also, many thanks to DickWolf & @NBC."
Seda's Chicago Justice mention is a reference to the series being canceled after one season.
The actor initially left P.D. to join Justice, and now makes his triumphant return.
A couple of months ago, Chicago P.D. alum Sophia Bush chose to exit the series, leaving fans devastated.
Ultimately, it was reported that she chose to leave on her own terms and not because she was forced out by a change in creative direction.
Seda coming back into the fold is making fans from all over giddy with excitement.
