The twisted tale of Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna is only becoming more dangerous. A new report claims that Chyna is frightened of her ex-fiancé because he owns a gun and has allegedly threatened to use it to commit suicide.

On Monday, the former exotic dancer's lawyer, Lisa Bloom, filed a restraining order on her client's behalf at the Los Angeles Superior Court. In the docs, she says that Rob attacked her in April and later that month punched her knocking her to the ground. Chyna says she ran in fear to her bedroom and Rob proceeded to punch a hole through the door to get to her, according to TMZ.

The judge has issued a temporary restraining order against Rob Kardashian.

Lisa Bloom, Chyna's lawyer also gave a statement.

Bloom said: "I'm pleased to announce that in court this morning we had a complete and total victory. The judge gave us everything we asked for, which is a set of very strong and enforceable restraining orders against Rob Kardashian, restraining him from coming near her and restraining him from cyberbulling, restraining him from posting anything about her online of personal nature, including photos and videos. As we have said all along, revenge porn is a form of domestic abuse and is also a crime in California and 38 other states, and it's a civil wrong. I have been very pleased to stand with Chyna and Walter on this important women's rights issue."

Rob Kardashian did not make an appearance in court. However, his lawyer, Robert Shapiro, was there. Shapiro worked with Rob Kardashian Sr. on the O.J. Simpson murder trial.

Shapiro said to the press: "Now we move forward to do one thing and one thing only — whatever is in the best interest of the child."
