Ashley Graham is showing off her hidden talents! The 29-year-old model hopped on the trendy aerial yoga bandwagon this weekend, and we can't say that we're mad at it.

Graham shared two Instagram photos Saturday at Rockit Aerials in New York, joking in the caption that she's getting ready to take her career in a new direction.

"Getting ready for Cirque du Soleil auditions," she wrote beneath an impressive photo of her hanging upside down.

If you're not familiar with aerial yoga, it's a form of yoga performed with silk hammocks, designed to engage your core and muscles you wouldn't typically utilize. Strengthening? Check. Toning? Check. Cardio? Check.

A quick scroll through Graham's Instagram feed will show that she's dedicated to a diverse fitness routine. From aerial yoga to kickboxing, Graham's well-versed in workout speak.

Her trainer, Dawin Pena (a co-founder of the popular NYC gym Dawg Pound), can attest to that. "Ashley is a busy woman," Pena told Women's Health. "But that doesn't mean she can't get in a great workout in a short amount of time. Generally we do weights with a high rep count and some calisthenics in between to get her heart rate up."

And while Graham has been a body positivity champion throughout the years, she admitted earlier this summer that she still gets nervous about slipping into a swimsuit.

During an interview with PEOPLE, Ashley Graham opened up about showing off her body in a swimsuit.

"I mean, of course like any girl when you get to the beach or the pool and you go, 'Oh, I have to take my cover-up off, crap.' And you feel like everybody's watching, and then you just go, 'Oh fine, I'll just take it off,' " Graham said. "And then all of a sudden you get comfortable and go, 'Okay. Another piña colada.'"

One way that the 29-year-old brunette beauty manages her fears is by trying to keep a consistent diet throughout the year.

"I try to stay consistent throughout the year, and when I have a heavy week I have meals delivered to my house so that I'm making healthy choices," Graham said at the time. "But I try not to eat dairy, and I haven't worked out in a couple weeks but I still feel great."

And in case you didn't think you could love her any more, she shared this life- (or at least neck-) saving bikini hack that's about to make your summer 100 times better.
