'SNL's' Abby Elliott Marries 'House of Cards' Writer Bill Kennedy

Long-time couple, Abby Elliott and Bill Kennedy, have finally tied the knot, reports E! News. The two were wed in front of friends and family in a catholic church in Connecticut.

"We're both Catholic, so we're going to be having a Catholic ceremony in a church… the same church I had my first communion at," Elliot said to The Knot back when she was planning the event.

"Ode to Joy!" the SNL actresses' co-star Jill Kargman shared on her Instagram. She captioned an adorable black and white photo of the two standing at the alter.

"There have been a lot of bridezilla moments," Elliot admitted to Andy Cohen while on Watch What Happens Live. "My dad [Chris Elliott] has actually become sort of a father of the bridezilla. He's getting really into it."

During the same interview, Elliott went into detail about how she met Kennedy. The two met on the set of SexEd, which is available to stream on Netflix, according to Elliott. The movie stars Haley Joel Osment and Elliott spent about a day on set as she recalled.

"And we shot it in Tampa and we went to a strip club that night. Three Dollhouse is where we fell in love. He bought me a ton of lap dances, but, like didn't talk to me."
