Kaley Cuoco Finalizes Divorce

Well, it's officially official. Kaley Cuoco is legally divorced from her ex-husband, Ryan Sweeting.

Cuoco filed for divorce in September of 2015, citing irreconcilable differences after 21 months of marriage. After a long process, and a lot of emotions, the deal is finally done.

According to E! News, as of May 6, 2016, the divorce has been finalized.

Though Cuoco had a prenuptial agreement in place before the pair said "I do," she's still helping Ryan financially in a few ways.

According to documents obtained by E! News, Cuoco is paying Sweeting up to $55,000 in legal fees. As stated in the prenup, she will also be paying spousal support in the sum of $165,000 (a request Sweeting made in response to Cuoco's filing) which will be paid by November 30, 2016.

The couple owns two houses together in Port Hueneme and Tarzana. Cuoco will maintain ownership of both homes.

The now ex-couple got married on New Year's Eve 2013 after a few months of dating.

The divorce has been a long time coming, and the actress hasn't been shy about her new relationship with athlete Karl Cook.

The paparazzi happily caught them sharing a smooch last week in public if any doubts remained.
