PEOPLE has obtained photos and video of Amber Heard walking out of court with bruises on her face.

Less than one week since Amber Heard filed for divorce from actor Johnny Depp, the actress has filed a domestic violence restraining order, PEOPLE reports.

Reps for the couple didn't respond to requests for comment, but TMZ has obtained photos of the alleged violence, after Heard showed up in court with bruises. She claimed Depp inflicted violence at various points throughout their marriage.

She also told the court that the photo stems from Depp smashing an iPhone on her face days ago and before offering her money for her silence, but instead, she immediately filed for divorce.

On Thursday, Depp broke his silence after the split.

"Given the brevity of this marriage and the most recent and tragic loss of his mother, Johnny will not respond to any of the salacious false stories, gossip, misinformation and lies about his personal life. Hopefully the dissolution of this short marriage will be resolved quickly," are rep for the actor said in a statement to PEOPLE.
