Ozark is quickly becoming the next big hit for Netflix, and fans are already wondering when a second season of the Jason Bateman thriller could appear.
Netflix hasn't officially renewed the series for a second season but, if that does happen, the producers are planning for it to last much longer than that.
According to showrunner Chris Mundy, he's got his mind set on five seasons of the twisted tale.

While at the Ozark premiere last week, many members of the cast and creative team spoke with The Hollywood Reporter about the new series. When it was Mundy's turn, he was quickly asked about how many seasons of the show he had in mind.
We've always talked about five," he said. "Four would be fine, six would probably be fine, but it's always felt like that's a good number to tell the story."

Star Laura Linney, on the other hand, is hoping the show will last a little bit longer than that.
"I'd be very happy with eight," she said.
All ten episodes of Ozark's first season are currently streaming on Netflix. There has yet to be any word regarding a potential Season 2.
