Is Season 3 of Stranger Things already happening?!

While the second season of the hit Netflix series hasn't even premiered yet, it sounds as though the actors have already been told that a third installment is good-to-go.

In a recent video from TMZ, star David Harbour was asked about working with the young kids on the show. Without thinking about it, he let a possible secret slip - Season 3 is on the horizon.

"In Season 2 and in Season 3, they're going to grow up."

Harbour was quickly asked if there was definitely going to be a third season and he recovered from his slip very well.

"I think so. But, if they hate Season 2 then maybe not," Harbour said with a laugh.

While this could be a big reveal, the idea that Season 3 is already in the works isn't much of a surprise. Stranger Things became a worldwide phenomenon after its first season was released in 2016, and there has been an incredible amount of buzz heading into Season 2.

The producers have also noted that they've been saving some ideas for upcoming seasons, provided they are allowed to continue making more.

Netflix will debut all nine episodes of Stranger Things Season 2 on Friday, October 29.
