Sons Of Anarchy: 5 Things We Want To See In Mayans MC

Marcus Alvarez
It's still unclear as to whether Mayan president Marcus Alvarez will appear in the spin-off series, as Emilio Rivera has said he's not involved with the project.
At least, not yet.
Since Alvarez founded the club, it would make sense to see him migrate south for this series. He's the heart and soul of the Mayans - he always has been - and fans won't want to see this show happen without him.
A Sons Of Anarchy Charter
We know there's SOA charters all along the West Coast, so there's sure to be one nearby. In the southern part of California however, the club wouldn't be king.
The Sons ruled Northern Cali, but the setting for Mayans MC will likely be controlled by the Latino club. This could provide an interesting dynamic that SOA fans haven't seen quite yet.
The Inner Workings Of The Mayan Culture
Fans got a huge taste for the life of an SOA club member in the original series, but there was onle surface info regarding the Mayans.
Hopefully the new series will reverse that time, and show us exactly what it means to be a part of the Mayans MC.
Life As A Prospect
In the original series, we only got a slight peek at the life of a prospect. Half-Sack was a prospect for the first two seasons, and he got a little bit of screen-time before he was killed off.
The problem was, that character was supposed to stick around for the whole series. Kurt Sutter's idea was to have Half-Sack rise through the ranks, and end the show as an officer in the club.
The actor didn't want to stay, so the character was taken out at the end of season two. Hopefully, EZ Reyes will give us a better glimpse into the trying times of prospect life.
References To Jax Teller
Jax was the focal point of Sons Of Anarchy - and everyone's favorite character. We know he can't return for the series, but wouldn't it be nice to hear about his legacy?
The show will discuss the aftermath of the devastating SOA finale, so here's to hoping we get some subtle nods to the man himself.
