The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said that the 37-year-old was arrested at around 2:30 p.m. on Aug. 2 in Burbank, with a spokesperson with the Burbank Police Department adding that the actor was reportedly seen stumbling around a property near Warner Bros. studios. Responding officers arrested him for possession.

Weiss' most notable role is that of Goldberg, the goalie in the Mighty Ducks franchise.

The actor's bail was initially set at $20,000 but is now $10,000. He is expected to appear in court on Tuesday.

TMZ reports that Weiss' arrest comes just five days after he completed a jail sentence for petty theft. He was sentenced to 150 days after reportedly stealing $151 in merchandise from Fry's Electronics, but only served 12 days due to overcrowding.
