Back in June, it was revealed that Kim Kardashian West and husband Kanye West had reportedly hired a surrogate to carry their third child, and a report by Us Weekly shares that the pair's surrogate is reportedly three months along.
The source said that the surrogate, who has reportedly gone through the process before, is in her late 20s and was referred to the Wests by an agency. Her pregnancy timeline suggests the couple's third child could arrive in January 2018.
TMZ reports that the couple will pay $45,000 in 10 monthly installments of $4,500. If there are multiple children, the pair will pay $5,000 per each additional child. The Wests were also reportedly required to pay a $68,850 deposit to the agency.
The contract also reportedly includes stipulations on the surrogate's lifestyle while pregnant, including bans on drinking, smoking, drugs, hot tubs or saunas, raw fish and handling cat litter.
The reality star and rapper are already parents to daughter North, 4, and son Saint, 19 months. During both pregnancies, Kardashian was diagnosed with placenta accreta, and doctors told her it would be unsafe for her to become pregnant again.
