With billions of people in the world, it's no surprise that there many people who look eerily similar to another despite the fact that they aren't related. As it turns out, some of these people happen to be famous, filling Hollywood with a series of doppelgängers that can't help but confuse fans on occasion.
Some of these duos look so much alike, they've even starred in movies together based on the premise, while others haven't had much interaction. Zooey Deschanel and Katy Perry
