Drake Bell 'Crushed' After Ex-Girlfriend Stevie Ryan's Death

Drake Bell has opened up about his grief in the wake of YouTuber Stevie Ryan's suicide. The couple had previously dated, so the former Drake & Josh star was obviously distraught.

Bell shared a photo of the two together at the 2006 MTV Movie Awards on Monday with a emotional caption. Based on the text, Bell seemed beyond upset at the passing.

"No no no!!!! I can NOT BELIEVE THIS IS HAPPENING!!!!" Bell wrote. "Please wake me from this nightmare @StevieRyan I loved you and will forever miss you!"

A few hours later Bell also shared an article about her death, which was officially ruled as a suicide. His sorrow is still apparent.

"This is too much," he wrote. "My heart is crushed. @StevieRyan I love you and miss you..."

As People points out, Ryan had previously confirmed the two were romantically involved to fans on Twitter. At the time, she didn't seem too fond of Bell in retrospect.

It was confirmed by the Los Angeles Coroner's Office that Ryan died due to suicide by hanging. She was 33.

The renown YouTuber was known for her impressions of celebs including Amy Winehouse, Jennifer Lopez and Paris Hilton.

The passing was a surprise to friends and fans, as Ryan was posting on social media just days ago. However, her last post was a melancholy one about her deceased grandfather.

Many celebs have reached out with condolences after Ryan's death.
