Kim Zolciak Gives Update on Son's Health Following Dog Bite

Kim Zolciak-Biermann's son Kash suffered severe facial injuries after being attacked by a dog in April, but it looks like he's almost fully recovered.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta star took to Instagram to thank Kash's plastic surgeon and offered an update on wear her son's recovery. As of now, it appears Kash, who is shown looking healthy as ever, won't have to go under knife any more.

"Just left Dr. Williams office (said I wasn't going to post but I just have too) I'm feeling so blessed," she wrote. "He is Kash's plastic surgeon! He performed the surgery the night Kash was bit! He said, 'He is pleased with his progress and he doesn't feel he will need additional surgeries THANK YOU GOD and Thank you Dr. Williams for your magical hands."

While fans knew that Kash had been severely hurt, they weren't aware of just exactly what his condition was. Zolciak elaborated the situation and thanked fans for their support.

"Kash's face was broken and had to be pieced literally back together, and due to all the swelling/trauma you don't know for several weeks if more surgery is needed in order to align the face," she wrote. "Well we just got the news we were hoping for! This is nothing short of a divine intervention. Thank you for all your prayers you have no idea how much they truly helped! Upwards and Onwards."
