Khloe Kardashian Posts Workout Video Showing How She Keeps Her Infamous Backside

Khloe Kardashian has a notoriously noticeable backside and many wonder how she keeps it in shape. Well now, the youngest Kardashian sister has shared a video to Instagram that shows just how she does it.

In the video, Kardashian can be seen doing various types of squat and weight lifting exercises.

These specific workouts seem to be gearing to help her maintain the bodily shape to which she has grown accustomed.

Some of them are pretty intense too. Like the one where she is doing a crunches-like exercise, but with her knees on a large, inflated rubber ball and her arms on a bench press table.

Needless to say, she is clearly very committed to her workout regimen.

Recently, cameras caught Kardashian stepping out to a dance class with her sister Kourtney Kardashian, and rocking a skintight spandex outfit that showed off her curves.

In pictures first shared by The Daily Mail, Kardashian is seen making her way into the dance studio with Kourtney in tow.

The form fitting suit she wore hugged all her curves and proved once and for all that her backside is flawless.

Also donning a pair of black Nikes and holding a Smartwater, Kardashian looked ready to dance her heart out.
