"Quit trying to pet Dogs," one person responded to this tweet. As the lawsuit states, Beam was not trying to put the dog. He was looking to leave the home but one of the dogs was allegedly blocking his truck.
"Meh... it's covered on their homeowner's insurance who cares," another fan wrote. This is something that will likely be settled out of court.
One Twitter user wrote: "Two people whom were once famous have now been surpassed by their biting dog."
"They deserve to get sued. How many times have dog owners said 'OH !, he's never done THAT before,'" one fan wrote. "They should have acted responsibly and put the dog in a safe place where you couldn't hurt someone."
One social media user wrote: "Looking for a free handout. Sorry pal."
"This is a standard dog bite lawsuit," a person on Facebook wrote. "He will win. The owners will pay little out of pocket as insurance will cover damages. Possible workers comp claim depending on the state laws and owners compliance with company rules. Hope he does well and heals well. Nothing will happen to the dogs unless there are multiple instances. Life will go on."
"Can't blame the dog for being dangerous, you blame the owner!" another Facebook user wrote. "And you should never let your dog roam around while someone is out doing work at your home, regardless what type of work. If that person has never been around your dog, you keep your dog away from this person!!"
