Weiss’ most notable role is that of Goldberg, the goalie in the Mighty Ducks franchise.
The actor’s bail was initially set at $20,000 but is now $10,000. He is expected to appear in court on Tuesday.
TMZ reports that Weiss’ arrest comes just five days after he completed a jail sentence for petty theft. He was sentenced to 150 days after reportedly stealing $151 in merchandise from Fry’s Electronics, but only served 12 days due to overcrowding.
