Oprah Addresses Marriage Rumors

There's no doubt that if Oprah Winfrey planned a wedding it would set the trends for all weddings for at least the next decade, but the rumors of such a wedding taking place are just not true according to the talk show icon.

Winfrey has been in a relationship with Stedman Graham since 1986, but the pair have never married. The TV mogul has been very open about her desire not to wed despite her commitment to Graham so it came as a surprise to many when wedding rumors rekindled.

It all began when Star magazine published a quote from a source reported to be close to Winfrey, who said she was reconsidering marriage.

Confused by the renewed interest in her marital status, Oprah took to Twitter to set the record straight.

"6 people who know me well have called today congratulating me or surprised they weren't invited to my wedding," she wrote. "IT' s NOT TRUE!!"

Turns out the media mogul is still a happily unmarried woman.
