R&B Singer's Wife Shares Realistic Photo One Week After Giving Birth

Just one week after giving birth to her first child via C-section, singer NE-YO's wife Crystal Renay Smith is sharing her post-baby body.

Renay Smith and NE-YO welcomed their son Shaffer Chimere Smith Jr. just three weeks after tying the knot, PEOPLE shares, and Renay Smith has wasted no time sharing her new life as a mom!

In a split photo and video on Instagram, the new mom shared two photos and a 360 degree view video of her body one week postpartum, and shared that she is feeling great in her own skin and is ready to start her fitness journey after she has healed from her procedure.

"1 week postpartum," Renay Smith captioned the first photo. "Being on bedREST 85% of my pregnancy and not being able to work out the entire time was truly challenging and hard on my body. Then to get a C-section on top of that was a major setback. My body isn't what it once was but that's ok because now In the next coming weeks (AFTER IM HEALED PROPERLY) I can share my #SNAPBACKjourney and progress with you guys! This comeback is about to get real y'all!"

It's clear Renay Smith is comfortable in her own skin, and we think she looks great!
