Kylie Jenner is in hot water once again after being accused of copying an artist's work for a promo image for her E! reality show, Life of Kylie.

The 19-year-old is being sued by artist Sara Pope, who is alleging that an image in a Life of Kylie promo was copied from 2015 work "Temptation Neon."

Pope alleges that Jenner copied the work and used it to promote her new show. An image of the dripping lips that appears in the promo is below.

The artist reportedly noted in her suit that Jenner has a history of being accused of copying other artists' work, as well as the recent controversy Jenner and sister Kendall Jenner faced surrounding their usage of unlicensed photos of Notorious B.I.G., Tupac Shakur and other music icons on t-shirts also displaying the girls' faces.

"Artists like Ms. Pope rely on recognition-not only of their artwork, but also of their identities and their originality-to give value to their work," Pope's lawsuit states, according to the New York Daily News.

"Defendants used Temptation Neon without permission in promotional social media posts and in a promotional video featured online and in advertisements across the United States. They are building their brand and goodwill at Ms. Pope's expense," the lawsuit added.
