While most of Sunday's Game of Thrones shockers took place north of the wall, Sansa got quite a surprise back in Winterfell.

The older Stark sister was spying on Arya when she came upon a bag under her bed. Much to the shock of Sansa, the bag was filled with the faces of men.

We all know that Arya has learned the ways of the Many-Faced God, giving her the ability to remove someone's face and use it to become that person at any point. She's travelling with these faces in her bag, giving her the chance to change at a moment's notice.

Sansa pulled two faces out of the bag before Arya came into the room and interrupted. The second face was easily recognizable for most fans, as it was the face of Walder Frey. After killing Frey in the Season 6 finale, Arya used his face in this season's premiere to murder the rest of the men in House Frey.

While that mask was easy to identify, the first one was giving fans some trouble. The face in question had a beard, but that was really its only trait worth mentioning.

Many fans have theorized that the face belongs to Meryn Trant, one of the men Arya crossed off her list earlier in the series. Trant was definitely one of Arya's most notable kills, but the face doesn't exactly resemble the character the way that Walder Frey's does.

This could be the face of one of Frey's sons, or just another member of House Frey who was killed in the premiere. Many of those men donned beards and none were very recognizable.

The only other option here is that the mask isn't of any known character, and that Arya just took it from the House of Black and White when she left. We know she isn't really above taking something that doesn't belong to her.

*Cough* Other people's lives. *Cough*
