These 'Game of Thrones' Fans Took Things to a New Level With These Tattoos

Many fans of Game of Thrones show their dedication to the HBO series by tuning in on Sundays to sit with their eyes glued to the TV for an hour. For others, this level of appreciation for the award-winning drama isn't nearly hardcore enough.

A number of highly devoted fans are getting their favorite characters tattooed on their bodies. Check out the full gallery of Game of Thrones fan tattoos here.

Some have taken to social media to show off their GOT-inspired ink and it seems that there is no element of the series that hasn't been slapped on someone's skin at this point. While some of the tats resemble major players such as Jon Snow or Daenerys Targaryen, there are also ones that feature some of the show's most graphic scenes.

One particular scene that seems to be popular is the gory imagery of the Mother of Dragons eating a horse's heart as part of the Dothraki pregnancy ceremony.

"I've had a lot of Game of Thrones requests lately actually, "Michigan-based tattoo artist Scott Cook said while speaking with Daily Mail.

Of all the characters that have tattoos in their honor, Daenerys seems to be the top choice. However, Kit Harrington's Jon Snow isn't far behind. Another character that gets shown some love from the body art enthusiast GOT fans is Peter Dinklage's witty and often-intoxicated Tyrion Lannister.

Other key figures that often get shout-outs are the dire wolves, Dany's dragons, and the fear-inducing Night King.
