Netflix Releases First 'Narcos' Season 3 Teaser Trailer

Netflix's crime drama Narcos is set to make its return for Season 3 this fall, and the streaming service has just released a teaser trailer for its latest run.

The series followed drug kingpin Pablo Escobar, who was taken down at the end of Season 2. In Season 3, DEA agent Javier Peña (Pedro Pascal) will focus on the Cali Cartel, called "the biggest cocaine cartel in history" in the teaser trailer.

The trailer gives viewers a taste of what the series will be like now that Escobar is dead, and it's clear things will be just as dramatic and violent as before.

It was previously reported that Halt and Catch Fire's Kerry Bishé will join the cast as Christina Jurado, wife to cartel money launderer Franklin Jurado (Miguel Angel Silvestre).

Narcos returns on Sept. 1.
