Celebrities React to Christopher 'Big Black' Boykin's Untimely Death

Dyrdek's receptionist-turned-rapper Chanel West Coast took to Twitter to express her sadness over Boykin's death.
"My heart is crushed," the rapper wrote.
Before he was a reality TV star, Boykin served in the U.S. Navy.
Boykin passed away at the very young age of 45.
Steelo Brim, part of Dyrdek's Fantasy Factory crew shared an image of Boykin Tuesday with an emotional message for his late friend. Brim also co-hosts Dyrdek's show Ridiculousness.
"My brain can't truly comprehend this. As soon as we met we became friends. Genuine, Funny, Family Man, just an Overall Great guy. May God Rest his soul and he make everyone in heaven smile like he did on earth! LOVE!" Brim captioned his post.
The impact Boykin had on those whose lives he was part of is clear in these heartbreaking tributes.
Juicy J shared an RIP for the late star on Tuesday. Juicy J, a songwriter, rapper and producer's message was short and sweet, a simple "Rip Christoper 'Big Black' Boykin."
Boykin is survived by a 9-year-old daughter.
Rick Thorne, BMX legend and mastermind behind the Thorns and Grinds clothing line, took to Instagram to share a heartfelt tribute about Boykin.
"Dam this sux. #ripbigblack ?? He's one of da coolest dudes I've ever I met. Rest In Peace brother…⚡️GGIB⚡️STAY RAD⚡️," he captioned the post.
Thorne shared a photo of himself with Boykin with a camera crew in the background.
