As far as alcohol-related charges, the outlet points out that LaBeouf was arrested in 2014 for "drunken behavior" in New York City. He was also arrested for driving drunk back in 2008.

LaBeuof is set to portray tennis champion John McEnroe in the upcoming tennis biopic Borg/McEnroe, which is set to be released internationally in September.
