Keith Urban is making new music!
The country star revealed to fans that he has returned to the studio, which may mean that new music from the singer is on the way sooner rather than later.

Urban shared the news with an Instagram post of a sound board and a stack of Oblique Strategies.
“Back in studio !!!!!” he wrote.

The 49-year-old’s last album, Ripcord, was released in May 2016 and spawned several singles including “John Cougar, John Deere, John 3:16,” “Blue Ain’t Your Color,” and Urban’s current single, “The Fighter,” a duet with Carrie Underwood.
The album debuted in the No. 1 spot on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart and earned Urban Grammy, CMA, ACM and Billboard Award nominations.
