Ben Affleck Reportedly Dating ‘Saturday Night Live’ Producer

After a family-friendly Fourth of July between recently divorced Hollywood power couple Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner, the duo is making news yet again. According to E! News, Affleck is dating Lindsay Shookus, a producer at Saturday Night Live.

E! News’ source explained that the relationship is, “in the early stages” and the new couple recently met up in London while Affleck was there for work.

This may come as no surprise to many, as previously reported by Womanista in April that the Oscar-winning actor had begun to move on. At that time, Affleck had moved out of the family guesthouse and was supposedly dating someone “casually.”

“It’s more than a summer fling,” said the source. “They are having fun and care for each other. It’s early and they are taking it slow.”

Garner and Affleck, who are currently co-parenting their three children, officially filed for divorce in mid-April after 10 years together. The former couple filed the petition and response most amicably, requesting joint legal and physical custody of Violet, 11, Seraphina, 8, and Samuel, 5.

Neither Affleck or Shookus have commented on their relationship.
