'This Is Us' Actress Alexandra Breckenridge Expecting Second Child With Musician Husband

It's just been revealed that This Is Us actress Alexandra Breckenridge is expecting her second baby with her husband Casey Hooper.

According to Entertainment Tonight, Breckenridge announced the new edition to her family through a post on Instagram, writing, "We made another one!!"

She then added, "Baby Breckenridge Hooper coming this winter."

On This Is Us, Breckenridge plays Sophie, the ex-wife of Kevin Pearson, played by Justin Hartley. With the two characters rekindling their lifelong romance, at this time there is no word on whether or not her pregnancy will be written into the show. However, it would certainly add some interesting dynamics if so.

Incidentally, the second season is said to pick up "a month or two" the where the finale left off, so it wouldn't be out of the realm of possibility to have Sophie be pregnant.

That said, a representative for the studio reportedly refused to comment on This Is Us "future storylines."

In addition to This Is Us, Breckenridge has starred in several other TV series such as American Horror Story: Murder House, American Horror Story: Coven, and AMC's The Walking Dead.

Breckenridge's husband is a guitarist for Katy Perry, and the couple married back in 2015.

They already have one child, an 11-month-old son named Jack.
