Quentin Tarantino Engaged To Israeli Singer Daniella Pick

It appears Quentin Tarantino is already ready to settle down, as he is now engaged to Daniella Pick, an Israeli singer Daniella Pick.

The two had a brief romance in 2009 while the director was promoting Inglourious Basterds, but called it off shortly thereafter, according to the Daily Mail. They then reunited last summer and confirmed to Israeli media that they are now engaged.

"It's true. We are very happy and excited," Pick told Pnai Plus.

Tarantino proposed to Pick on Friday night in Los Angeles with an engagement ring that's reportedly "sparkling." They've already told her family, and they seemed thrilled to have the Oscar-winning director join their family.

"Yes, there is joy in our family," said Pick's father, Svika. "They got engaged yesterday. We have wished them mazel tov."

Tarantino has previously said he didn't plan on marriage, at least while he was still an active director. However, he plans to stop directing after two more films. This engagement further solidifies his commitment to settling down soon.

"When I'm doing a movie, I'm not doing anything else,' he previously told GQ. It's all about the movie. I don't have a wife. I don't have a kid. Nothing can get in my way. The whole f---ing world can go to hell and burst into flames. I don't care. This is my life."

Tarantino's most recent film was the 2015 western, The Hateful Eight.
