Fans React To Anna Paquin's Message About Nelsan Ellis' Death

In the wake of Nelsan Ellis' death, many of his True Blood co-stars shared tributes to the late actor, including Anna Paquin.

The actress, who played Sookie Stackhouse in the HBO series, tweeted out a touching thought about Ellis, who played Lafayette Reynolds on the show.

"It was an utter privilege to work with the phenomenally talented and deeply kind soul," she wrote. "I'm devastated by his untimely death."

Along with the tribute, she shared a photo from scene between to two actors, which brought on the feels for many fans.

Followers reached out to Paquin with condolences and thoughts on Ellis, who passed away on Saturday at 39.

Along with those sentiments, many True Blood die-hard fans shared gifs of some of their favorite Lafayette moments, which were a high-point in the horror drama.
