Mariah Carey has been a controversial figure online for the last few years, mostly due to her performance flubs and offstage antics. The latest reason she's going viral is because of a concert video showing her doing the "absolute bare minimum while onstage.

In the clip, which started circulating on Monday, shows the "Touch My Body" singer barely swaying her hips and arms during a performance as a crew of back-up dancers go through the full motions.

She then hangs off her microphone and the dancers lift her up and carry her around then lower her into a caressing pose. This is all done in very slow and deliberate motions that don't require Carey to do much of anything.

The video went viral when it was shared by Twitter user Halo Carterr, who captioned it "Me doing the absolute bare minimum at work today #Monday."

It's racked up nearly 28,000 retweets and 52,000 likes, and the replies to the clip have been pouring in. Most criticized Carey's lack of effort during the segment.

"Lolololol she's way too chill about the performance," one user wrote. "She could have put in some type of effort."

"Those aren't normal moves even for a non-dancer, it's how I moved when my back was totally messed up," wrote user Betsy Bacio.

Some even went as far as comparing the 47-year-old singer to some beloved children's characters, including the lazy Miss Piggy and the inanimate board named Plank from Ed, Edd n Eddy.

Carey has not commented on the clip as of yet, but it's still racking up retweets well into Tuesday.
