After Rob Kardashian posted graphic images of exBlac Chyna last week in a move many are deeming revenge porn, Chyna retaliated by obtaining a temporary restraining order against Kardashian that required a court appearance in which she spoke about her relationship with the reality star.

In doing so, it appears Chyna may have violated a non-disclosure agreement she signed in June 2016 under her real name, Angela White.

ABC News reports that when the network reached out to Kim Kardashian West for a statement, they were answered with, via her representatives, the NDA agreement, implying that Chyna had breached its terms.

The NDA was reportedly a condition for Chyna to appear on Keeping Up With the Kardashians and her own show, Rob & Chyna.

"[Chyna] shall not at any time disclose, publicly or privately, any information which is in any way, fashion or manner related to, associated with or connected to the Kardashian family/Jenner family/Disick family/West family and/or their personal relationships, their business activities, plans, operations, finances or employees," a portion of the agreement reads.

While the Kardashian family has remained silent since the drama began, a source told People last week that the family is "deeply disappointed and frustrated with Rob."
