Former Bachelor Chris Soules was arrested in April after he was involved in a fatal car crash, and he will now stand trial in January, ABC News reports.
Soules was accused of driving a truck that hit a farm tractor whose driver, 66-year-old Kenneth Moser, died after the tractor rolled into a ditch.
He is scheduled to go on trial for leaving the scene of the accident.
Court documents posted online Friday say that a jury trial has been set for Jan. 18 and is expected to last four or five days.
The charge carries a sentence of up to five years in prison.
