Andy Samberg and his wife, Joanna Newsom, have secretly welcomed a baby girl.
The private couple managed to keep Newsom's pregnancy under wraps and they did not announce their daughter's arrival, according to Us Weekly.
During a 2015 interview with Larry King, Newsom, a 35-year-old renowned harpist, said that she and her comedian husband were discussing having children.
"He's my favorite person in the world. He's the person I would most want to hang out with at any given moment. He's probably the biggest superfan of my music," Newsom said of Samberg.
The following month, in January of 2016, the Brooklyn Nine-Nine star told reporters at the Fox All-Star Party that he wanted children.
"I love babies," Samberg said. "I would love a baby someday."
"I don't think a baby is something that you should do because other people are doing it," he added.
Samberg and Newsom dated for five years and got engaged in February of 2013. They tied the knot later that year at the Post Ranch Inn in Big Sur, California.
Over the course of his career, Samberg starred on Saturday Night Live for seven years before going on to star in a number of comedy flicks, like Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping and the Adam Sandler flick That's My Boy.
