'Teen Mom 2' Star Jenelle Evans' Boyfriend David Eason Sentenced to 60 Days in Prison

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans will be without her boyfriend for two months.

Evan's boyfriend, David Eason, was sentenced to 60 days in prison after violating a domestic violence protective order, the New Hanover Clerk of Court's Criminal office in North Carolina confirms to Us Weekly.

According to Radar Online, Eason's ex-girlfriend filed the order last October and he violated it in March.

"Defendant was in the same location as his child … who was out with his grandmother … and aunt, when defendant approached same and hugged," the document states of the incident in which Eason allegedly violated the order. "[He] was told not to … and grabbed the child again."

Eason pleaded not guilty in court, but the judge found him guilty and sentenced him to jail time. He appealed the decision to the Superior Court, but no court date has been scheduled yet.

Evans is currently pregnant with her third child and first with Eason. She announced the pregnancy in August and is expecting the baby in January.
