Chip and Joanna Gaines Relax After Tragic Goat Incident

After a few harrowing days, it looks like things are returning to normal at the Gaines' farm.

On June 17, two goats were shot and killed on Chip and Joanna Gaines' Magnolia House farm complex in Waco, Texas. The late-night shooting is currently being investigated as a cruelty to livestock felony charge.

Chip Gaines referenced the incident on Twitter, writing, "Have you ever had a rough couple of days.. And for no real reason craved a @drinkbigred. Let's hope this makes things better.. #RIPGoats."

Earlier this week, Joanna shared a lighthearted video on Instagram of herself and her hubby playing a rocks-and-sticks version of baseball, as she hit a rock straight into the center of a lightning bolt!

"I hit a rock dead center of a lightening bolt... Kind of," she captioned the silly clip. "The best part is we both reacted like four year olds."
