Elizabeth Hurley is continuing to put her age-defying shape on full display in bikini pics while striking yoga poses. The 52-year-old Royals star took to Instagram on Wednesday to unleash an all-new skin-filled snap that highlights her impressive flexibility.
The image shows the British beauty pulling off a reverse table yoga pose while sporting a barely-there red bikini that exposes her incredibly fit physique. With her brunette locks swinging towards the ground, Hurley shot a huge smile to the camera all while maintaining her balance.
Hurley shared the snap with the caption: "Day 2 of s-t-r-e-t-c-h-i-n-g."

This isn't the first time that Hurley has treated her 626k followers to a look at her stunning figure this week. She also revealed a snap in a sexy one-piece swimsuit while doing some gardening.
"Someone has to do it #Herefordshire," she captioned the pic.
The photo shows the mother of one rocking a purple swimsuit that features a deep plunging neckline that showcases her ample cleavage. She was pictured wearing chic sunglasses while flashing her megawatt smile and watering the flowers.

In a recent interview with the Daily Telegraph, Hurley explained that she puts in hard work and dedication to keeping her body in tip-top form.
"There's no short-cut to being slim; you have to watch what you eat. I put myself under extra pressure because I still model my own bikinis, but I do have little treats now and again, such as Fruit Pastilles or marshmallows," she says.
Hurley also understands that it's important to incorporate physical activity to stay fit.
"You must do some exercise, too. I walk every day with my dogs and try to run - even though I hate running. I am extremely active, though, and don't sit still for long."
