Watch Britney Spears Shoot Down DeMario Jackson All the Way Back in 2008

DeMario Jackson recently made waves after he first brought along some drama on this season of The Bachelorette where it was revealed he had been talking to a girl right up until leaving the show, followed by much more serious allegations of sexual misconduct while filming Bachelor in Paradise with contestant Corinne Olympios.

As it turns out, however, Jackson has been attempting to make a name for himself for years, as evidenced by this unearthed clip of the reality star hitting on none other than Britney Spears back in 2008.

While Spears was being swarmed by paparazzi in a parking lot, Jackson attempted to score his 15 minutes of fame with some help from the pop star.

"Hey — real talk. Take down my number. Take down my number," he shouted to Spears. "My name's DeMario Jackson. I'm an up-and-coming actor. I want to be like you. I want everybody to see me on TV."

"My mom loves you," he added.

Jackson also attempted to give Spears his MySpace URL, which is about as 2008 as things could get. He then hugged Spears, a gesture that didn't appear to be entirely welcome.

By the end of the clip, Spears is clearly over the whole thing and grimaces before leaving the scene without taking Jackson's number down.
