Could Ryan Gosling be more perfect?

We didn't used to think so until the actor sat down in a new interview with UK's Evening Standard magazine and shared a few evolving thoughts regarding women.

"I think women are better than men," he said. "They are stronger, more evolved. You can tell especially when you have a daughter and you see their early stages, they are just leaps and bounds beyond boys immediately."

Even before his girlfriend Eva Mendes and their two daughters came along, Gosling was accustomed to a house full of women — his mother raised him and his sister on her own after divorcing their father, Entertainment Tonight reports.

Gosling also acknowledges the unwanted fuss he causes in women, but has accepted it, especially after recalling the unwanted harassment his mother would be on the receiving end of when he was growing up.

"I grew up with women so I've always been aware of it. When my mother and I walked to the grocery store, men would circle the block in cars. It was very, very scary, especially as a young boy," he admitted.

We wonder if he'll be a protective papa!
