Pregnant Alanis Morissette Shares Breathtaking Nude Underwater Photo

Alanis Morissette is embracing motherhood in her most natural form.

Morissette recently posted a nude photo submerged in a pool, as her baby bump is clearly in focus.

"You have to be extra gentle around ladies because they are the most helpful people in the world 'cause they make persons,'" reads her sweet caption. She then attributes the thoughtful quote to her 5 1/2-year-old son, Ever Imre.

Morissette, 42, is expecting her second child with husband, rapper Mario "Souleye" Treadway. The happily wedded couple married at their home in 2010.

She first announced the exciting news on her website via a precious video and song. "The story of my nuclear family in moving pictures, brings us up to this sweet moment," she explained at the time. "May this song take on ever-deepening meaning as each year goes by."
