Fight Club author, Chuck Palahniuk, is set to release an adult coloring book coming to stores this fall. The new book titled, Bait: Off-Color Stories For You To Color, will be published by Dark Horse Books and will feature around 50 original illustrations.

This is Palahniuk's first entry in the genre of adult coloring books, and he mentions in the book's introduction, "Maybe between your colors, the artist's designs, and my stories we can create something that endures. Something worth keeping. Let's create a well-bound book that can sit on any shelf and be available for a new generation to discover and enjoy."

The coloring book will feature 8 different storylines with artwork featured by artists including: We Are Robin's Lee Bermejo, Hellboy's Duncan Fegredo, and Lady Killer's Joelle Jones. Other artwork is provided by Kirbi Fagan, Alise Gluskova, Steve Morris, Tony Puryear, and Marc Sheff.

In an 8.5x11" hardcover album, the book will allow readers to color in the book's illustrations as they see fit. The recent press release mentions among the storylines included are ones about "a passenger on the Titanic who finds a surgical solution to the obstacle of 'women and children first', a Hollywood star whose fading brand faces a viral Internet campaign, and an animal psychic who coaxes a statement from a fish that witnessed a political assassination."

Chuck Palaniuk previously collaborated with publisher Dark Horse on Fight Club 2, and is once again teaming up with artist Cameron Stewart for this new adult coloring book.

Palahniuk will also be doing a ten city signing tour to promote the book starting Tuesday, June 28 in cities including: Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, St. Louis, Ann Arbor, Louisville, New Orleans, Durham, New York City, and Boston.

Look for the Chuck Palahniuk's new book Bait: Off-Color Stories For You To Color on shelves on October 26.
