It is official, Donald J. Trump is now the President of the United States and celebrities took to social media Friday morning to share their thoughts on the occasion.
Trump, who has not been particularly popular among celebrities has been outspoken in his responses to the negative chatter. Including a heated battle after Meryl Streep used her 2017 Golden Globes speech to call the nation to action without once saying the then President-elect's name. President Trump responded for days via Twitter going-back-and-forth with various celebrities.
It seems as if the chatter is not quite over, at least for the celebs on Twitter.
