Elvis Presley's daughter needs help. An all too familiar story for the Presley family, Lisa Marie Presley has entered into a rehab program for addiction to prescription pills, Us Weekly reports.

She is spending $400,000 a month to combat her illness at the luxurious Hills Treatment Center in Los Angeles.

This is not the first rodeo for the singer who was addicted to drugs and alcohol from when she was a teen. "[I used] cocaine, sedatives, pot and drinking — all at the same time. I just couldn't be sober," she told Paper Magazine in 2003. "I don't know how I lived through it."

Back in those days she sought help with the folks over in the lab of Scientology for helping her recover. While it may have done some good for her then, it looks like the help has worn off over time.

Since then she's turned recently to painkillers. A source reassures us that, "She's doing OK but needed to get this under control."

Presley's had a rough few months since filing for a divorce from her husband Michael Lockwood who she was married to for 10 years. She was looking for something to take the pain away, especially since this split is a nasty one. Lockwood allegedly took advantage of their money, according to Presley's lawyer.

TMZ reports she is requesting full custody of her twin 7-year-old daughters and asks that Lockwood only receive monitored visitation.

Let's hope this story has a happier ending and she doesn't end up the same tragic way as her rock legend father, Elvis.
