Autopsy Report on 2-Year-Old Victim of Alligator Attack Released

More sad news regarding 2-year-old Lane Graves, who died at a Disney resort in Orlando, Florida after being snatched by an alligator in a man-made lake while vacationing with his parents.

Orange County medical examiner has released the results of the autopsy, which confirmed that Lane died as a result of drowning and traumatic injuries.

The results were released by Orange County via Twitter on Thursday and are on par with the police's initial assessment of Lane's cause of death, believed to be drowning by the alligator.

Lane's parents recently spoke out on the tragedy, saying, "Words cannot describe the shock and grief our family is experiencing over the loss of our son. We are devastated and ask for privacy during this extremely difficult time."
