What if we lived in an era where there was no option to eat any dairy or processed foods? In other words, what if we lived in the paleolithic era, or the Old Stone Age. When we think of the Old Stone Age we generally connect the term with caveman or cavewoman. Let's be honest — if you lived in this era, you were probably pretty fit and healthy. You wouldn't have the option to go pick up some McDonald's, and if you wanted to travel or make it anywhere you would most likely be doing this by foot so say hello to your exercise for the day.

What if there were a diet out there that actually gives you the results you are looking for? You may have heard of it before. It's called the Paleo diet, or in other words the cavewoman diet.

Obviously you won't need to be hunting for meat or going out into the woods to find some fresh fruit and veggies. The cavewoman diet is simply just adjusting your diet to your body type, and excluding any dairy products or processed foods. However, if you're a dairy fan or love to go on a weekly trip to McDonald's, this diet may not be a fit for you.
