Actress Molly Sims is currently pregnant with her third child, but at in a new episode of PEOPLE's Mom Talk video series, she talked about her first pregnancy, revealing that she gained a significant amount of weight and suffered from a thyroid problem.
"No one tells you what's going to happen," Sims told the group of moms, who included Haylie Duff, Garcelle Beauvais and Soleil Moon Frye.
"With my first pregnancy, I ended up gaining 85 lbs. and had a bad thyroid problem that no one diagnosed throughout the whole pregnancy until four months later," she added, revealing that she was working out every day and not eating that much, but that many people attributed her weight gain to her pregnancy.
The actress also talked about her hope that she would lose the weight after having her baby, saying, "Sometimes, deep down, when you're eating that Sweet Lady Jane on the 405, you think, 'It'll come off when I have the baby.'"
"There's also a lot of pressure to bounce back," Beauvais added, citing Drew Barrymore as a Hollywood mom she admires. "You know who I love is Drew Barrymore! She says, 'It took me nine months to have 'em, I don't care how long it takes me to get it off.'"
