When the news came out that Tom Brady's mother Galynn Brady has been undergoing chemotherapy and radiation treatments, it made the Patriots' Super Bowl LI come-from-behind victory even more meaningful.
Brady had previously dedicated the game to his mom, and after the game when she stepped onto the field with the rest of Brady's family to celebrate the win, it was clearly an emotional night.

Super Bowl LI
It isn't every day your son wins the Super Bowl. While Galynn's has now won a record-breaking five, we have a feeling she never gets tired of it. While battling her undisclosed illness, she had to sit this season out — until the Super Bowl, a game Tom previously dedicated to her before it started, win or lose.
"I'm overwhelmed!" Galynn told WBZ-TV about the win. "I was just praying. All I did was pray, the whole game, just pray."

Tom's wife Gisele Bündchen shared a photo of "Brady's Ladies" cheering on the Patriots before the game, with Galynn proudly smiling in the center.
"My wife, my mom, my sisters, my daughter, my nieces — they're all here," Tom said in a post-game interview. "So it's just so special."
