Knee pain can be a nuisance and a daily obstacle. Sometimes genetics hands you some weak knees, but don't let that stop you! So long as your doctor has given you the green light to exercise, you can strengthen the muscles around the knee joint by following along with this workout. Fitness instructor Ashley helps you set up each exercise, talks you through safety cues and helps you understand why you're doing it.
