The girls from Tone It Up (@karenakatrina) dropped a hot tip on Instagram the other day, letting us in on the secret ingredient in their favorite smoothies and smoothie bowls— frozen cauliflower. Why? "It won't spike your blood sugar levels & you'll feel energized all morning!" they said in the caption.
