This Trainer Shut Down All of Lady Gaga's Body Shamers With One Video

Holly Perkins wrote alongside her inspiring video, "I celebrate her body, and I celebrate my own even when I am not in my best shape. Being in the fitness industry I feel CONSTANT pressure to be ripped and skinny ALL the time. In truth, NO ONE can live a real life being super lean every day, especially women. We are not designed that way!"
She said there are times when she feels "super fit" and there are days when she's not.
"Celebrate your wiggle, your jiggle, your cellulite, and your imperfectly perfect skin," she says. "I applaud Lady Gaga in her authenticity and for inspiring us all to be #BornThisWay"
Holly felt is was very important for her to stand up against body shaming and said the video was "SO liberating."

A couple days after the Super Bowl, Lady Gaga found out she was a victim of body shaming online. She decided to stand up for herself and others with a powerful statement.
"I heard my body is a topic of conversation so I wanted to say, I'm proud of my body and you should be proud of yours too," Gaga wrote. "No matter who you are or what you do. I could give you a million reasons why you don't need to cater to anyone or anything to succeed."
"Be you, and be relentlessly you. That's the stuff of champions. thank you so much everyone for supporting me. I love you guys. Xoxo, gaga"

Lady Gaga's little monsters came out to support the singer in large numbers. Fans took to social media to address those body shaming her.
A twitter user wrote, "And we wonder why girls suffer body image problems, comments on Lady Gaga's body are a problem with YOU not her, normal comes in all shapes."
Another fan wrote, "Love @ladygaga even more for her normal yet still incredibly hot body she just rocked."

Gaga silenced her body shamers with one revenge outfit. The 30-year-old singer rocked a revealing ensemble at the 2017 Grammy awards. She sported leather thigh-high boots with a cut off top that showed off her underboob.
